Photo scanning services rates
Rates are based on 300dpi recommended standard photo resolution scanning. Higher resolution scanning is available for commercially produced prints. Scanning is for print sizes between 3.5×5 to 8.5×12 only

35mm positive slide scanning service rates
Rates are based on 2000dpi, which is a recommended resolution for consumer slide scanning. Scanning consumer film slides at higher than 2000dpi does not produce better results. Ask us! Higher resolution scanning is available for commercially produced 35mm slides.

Slideshows are set to show each image from 5-15 seconds. Fees are additional to scanning services.

CD & DVD Copies for Slideshows
Same day service for all CD and DVD duplication orders. All CD & DVD media is archival quality. We advise to store image files on CD discs for the reason of disc longevity, however, if the number of images is high, a DVD media could provide a more appropriate image storage solution. Discount for non-profit organizations is available.

VIDEO PRODUCTION
Location Video Production (Excluding events)
Hourly rates are applied from the time of arrival through wrap.
Standard package:
- Free travel within 5-mile radius from studio location
- 1 Videographer
- 1 Assistant / crew member
- 1 HD/UHD 35mm sensor camera
- 1 Wireless lavaliere / shotgun mike
- Full day, up to 9 hours (including one hour lunch break) – $780
- Half day, up to 5 hours (including one hour lunch break) – $480
- Hourly – First hour – $185, Additional hour – $75
- Additional crew member – $25 per hour
- Additional camera & videographer – $60 per hour
Video Editing & Authoring
- Video editing – $55 per hour

Dance Recitals and Theatre Production
OPTION 1 – Costs recovery via DVD & BluRay sales
Single camera production
- Minimum pre-order of 40 DVD discs at $34.95 each
- Minimum pre-order of 35 Blu-Ray discs at $48.95 each
2-camera production
- Minimum pre-order of 50 DVD discs at $34.95 each
- Minimum pre-order of 40 Blu-Ray discs at $48.95 each
OPTION 2 – Costs paid by dance or theatre show producer
Single camera production, no minimum pre-order
- $1200 for up to 2 hours of continuous coverage
- DVD discs are $7.95 each and Blu-Ray discs are $12.95 each
2-camera production, no minimum pre-order
- $1800 for up to 2 hours of continuous coverage
- DVD discs are $7.95 each and Blu-Ray discs are $12.95 each
OPTION 3 – Cost recovery via a “recital or costume fee”
Another option would be to integrate the cost of a DVD or Blu-Ray disc into the recital or costume fee. We can further reduce the prices on media for larger pre-orders.
